Very good book.
Excellent collection of Mary Follett's essays.
Great book on an early woman who pioneered many concepts of public administration and management. Her ideas were way ahead of her time. We are only now catching up theoretically; the fields would be much different had her work been taken seriously and used as a foundation for Public Administration.
Astounding ideas about management and leadership that feel cutting edge even though the book was written almost 100 years ago. Follett was way ahead of her time. It is not an easy read however but quite short so it is worth reading it.
